Marketing consulting with a written decision plan

Review a specific situation, separate verified facts from assumptions and turn the discussion into priorities, owners and next actions.

Who it is for

  • Founders who need an external review
  • Marketing teams before changing direction
  • Specialists who want decisions checked against a real project

What is included

  • Preparation from project materials
  • Working session on offer, traffic, creative or funnel logic
  • Written findings and priorities
  • Follow-up review when included in the agreed format
Outcome

What the team has after the stage

A written decision map covering verified facts, open questions, priorities, owners and criteria for the next reviewable action.

Inputs

What is needed before kickoff

  • The specific question or decision to resolve
  • Offer, funnel, creative and available reports
  • Timing, team and budget constraints
  • A list of approaches already tested
Process

Four reviewable stages

  1. 01

Frame the question and request the minimum source material

  2. 02

Mark facts, gaps and contradictions before the session

  3. 03

Review options and consequences during the session

  4. 04

Deliver priorities and run a follow-up review when included

Timing and dependencies

The session date and written-summary deadline are agreed after materials arrive. Longer support uses a separate format with a documented meeting rhythm.

Constraints

  • Consulting does not replace legal, financial or medical expertise
  • Recommendations are limited by the quality of supplied data
  • Implementation and account access are not included automatically
Example

Illustrative session question

A sample situation: a team is choosing between scaling paid traffic and fixing its funnel.

  1. Compare economics and inquiry quality
  2. Review creative and drop-off stages
  3. List unknowns that require measurement
  4. Choose one reviewable next stage
Stage output

The output is not a generic deck but a written decision with rationale, risks and an owner for the next action.

FAQ

Service questions

Can one session cover several directions?

It can, but one primary question is selected before the session. Otherwise findings become too shallow to support a decision.

Do you implement the recommendations?

Only through a separately agreed implementation stage. Consulting ends with written findings by default.

Is the format suitable for a junior specialist?

Yes, when there is a real task and source material to review. A standalone training program is scoped separately.
